License to Use

Stok grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the app on supported devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Standard EULA, applicable store terms, and these conditions.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app except where applicable law permits it. You may not use the app for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.

Subscriptions and Billing

If Stok offers auto-renewable subscriptions or premium plans, billing and renewal will be handled through the relevant app store account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.

Data and Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle data related to support, shopping lists, pantry usage, and service operations.

Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA or other applicable platform terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stok and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
